TIMING, DÉROULEMENT DES COURSES
 
• Jeudi :
Piste ouverte pour l’accueil et les essais libres dès 14 H 00.
 
• Vendredi :
Piste ouverte pour l’accueil et les essais libres dès 8 H 30 (si trop chargé sur la piste, organisation de temps de roulage par catégorie).
 
• Samedi :
Si possible dès 8 H 00 piste ouverte pour des essais libres, puis deux essais contrôlés de 5 à 8 mn (à voir) pour faire un classement et au besoin ajuster la répartition des niveaux, puis briefing de présentation, puis trois qualifs de 10 mn pour les catégories 1/5e et 7 mn pour les GT8 électriques, et les nitro.
À 19 H 00 apéritif offert par BA Models.
 
• Dimanche :
Une dernière qualif pour tout le monde puis classement général à l’issue des quatre qualifs, qualifications à point round by round.
 
Mini briefing pour expliquer le déroulement des finales type règlement électrique A, B, C… : trois finales de 20 mn (7 mn pour les GT8 électriques), le classement général se faisant sur le cumul de deux finales sur trois (donc un pilote d’une finale inférieure aura toujours la chance de gagner le général). 
 
Une tombola sera organisée entre 12H et 14H.
 

TIMING, RUNNING OF THE RACES

• Thursday:

Open track for reception and free practice from 2 p.m.

• Friday :

Runway open for reception and free practice from 8:30 a.m. (if too busy on the track, organization of driving times by category).

• Saturday :

If possible from 8:00 am open track for free practice, then two controlled trials of 5 to 8 minutes (to see) to make a classification and if necessary adjust the distribution of levels, then presentation briefing, then three qualifiers of 10 minutes for categories 1 / 5th and 7 min for electric GT8s, and nitro.

At 7:00 p.m. aperitif offered by BA Models.

• Sunday :

A final qualification for everyone then general classification at the end of the four qualifiers, qualifying round by round by point.

Mini briefing to explain the progress of the finals such as electric regulations A, B, C…: three finals of 20 min (7 min for the electric GT8), the general classification being made on the combination of two finals out of three (therefore a pilot of ‘a lower final will always have the chance to win the general).

A raffle will be organized between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
